Three people, one clinic problem

We built WingHub because clinics don't lose patients to bad care — they lose them to a phone nobody could pick up and a message nobody could answer in time.

WingHub AI is built by a three-person team in Bengaluru. We didn't start in a boardroom — we started inside real dental and clinic workflows, watching where patients actually slip away: the call during the morning rush, the WhatsApp enquiry that sits unread, the booked slot that quietly goes empty. Everything WingHub does is aimed at closing one of those gaps.

What we do

WingHub is an AI-run front desk for clinics. It answers calls, WhatsApp and email, books appointments, follows up leads, reminds patients and brings dormant ones back — all day, in any language, without a person at the desk.

How we built it

We built and tested each workflow against real clinic operations before putting it in front of anyone — starting with dental, and extending to hair transplant, IVF and aesthetics. Security and patient-data discipline were built in from day one, not bolted on later.
